WISPR Systems, an American-made drone manufacturer, builds cutting-edge drones designed for tough, remote environments. Their advanced technology serves industries like surveying, mapping, public safety, and oil and gas. When WISPR approached me to design their website, they needed something as innovative and precise as the drones they create—a platform that could highlight their capabilities while capturing the spirit of their brand.
The challenge was to craft a site that could serve multiple purposes: showcasing their drone models and technology in detail, appealing to specific industry customers, and driving high-value commercial and government contracts. It also needed to reflect WISPR’s bold, forward-thinking ethos.
I designed the site with a focus on depth and clarity. Each drone model, payload, and sensor has its own in-depth landing page, complete with vivid visuals and video footage of drones in action. The design embraces a bold purple and blue palette, paired with sleek typography, creating a modern, high-tech aesthetic that aligns with WISPR’s American-made craftsmanship. Strong calls-to-action and strategic visitor intelligence tools empower the sales team with insights on site visitors, ensuring leads don’t go unnoticed.
Beyond the website, I’ve been deeply involved in WISPR’s full-service marketing strategy—social media campaigns, Google Ads, event promotions, PR, and robust SEO efforts. Since launching the site and marketing initiatives, WISPR has seen a remarkable 43% increase in direct leads. This project was especially rewarding, blending design and strategy to help a company push the boundaries of innovation. I designed this website in 2023 and elements package while I was Co-Founder of LAB Digital Creative, before beginning an independent design practice in early 2025.
